About the Website

The original homepage of the website

This website was founded as a Centennial gift of District Governor Ma. Victoria "Nanette" Garcia (Rotary Year 2004-2005) to District 3850. District Governor Nanette believed that the internet, through email, egroups and websites could make the club and district leaders more effective in the performance of their responsibilities.

The second generation of the website

Under the leadership of Past District Governor Ramon Cua Locsin the website was updated and improved to better serve the Rotarians of the district as a source of timely information and as a venue for the interaction of ideas.

The Governor's Monthly Letter was made available for all Rotarians to download, and news features were included in the website.
